  • Product Quality Assurance: I go out of my way to ensure all my music and merch is of the very highest quality. If you find any problems with the website, or with a particular order, get in touch with me so I can make it right.
  • Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you aren't wholy satisfied with your order, get in touch. I am happy to give a full refund, no questions asked, for digital goods. For physical goods, please contact me for return details and I will process a full refund on receipt of the return. 

2. Terms of Service:

  • Payment Terms: Accepted payment methods are as follows: Stripe (credit card/debit card), Paypal (immediate or Pay Later), Amazon, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Payment can be in Pound Sterling, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, New Zealand Dollars or Australian Dollars.
  • Order Processing: Digital products should be available immediately after order. I generally post physical goods next day. The exception is during the crowdfunding or pre-order phase of a new album, but this will be clearly state on each product. If I go on holiday or am otherwise engaged, I will clearly post details on the website, and will attend to processing orders on my return.
  • Shipping Information: I currently use Royal Mail for all parcels. Shipping within the UK should get to you within 2 working days. I ship internationally, using Royal Mail Standard (Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for Europe and 6-7 working days for worldwide, but it has been known to take longer, especially during peak times such as Christmas). All shipping costs will be clearly stated during the checkout process once you have entered your country and region. You may be required to pay customs fees or tax depending on the laws in your country.
  • Taxes: No tax is added to any orders at the time of writing.

3. Returns and Refunds:

  • Return Policy: If you aren't wholy satisfied with your order, get in touch. I am happy to give a full refund, no questions asked, for digital goods. For physical goods, please contact me for return details and I will process a full refund on receipt of the return. Physical goods must be returned within 30 days.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items should be returned in the condition in which they were received.
  • Return Process: Email me at [email protected] explaining the reason for return. If you can state the order number, that will help me expedite the process. I will then send you the returns address.
  • Refund Policy: I will perform a full refund for the goods. If the goods are defective, I can either refund your shipping fees, or I can send out a replacement.
